Terms of Service

Making a purchase means you automatically agree to these terms of service.
  1. I am a one-person show and work a normal job. Please be patient with me.
  2. All sales are final. No refunds or returns or exchanges.
  3. Damage and Issues. If your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact me along with picture of said items. I will evaluate the issue and do my best to see what can be done to correct the problem.
  4. Shipping (General)
    • Packages will be dropped off at the post-office on Saturday. Any orders placed after Wednesday will wait until the following Saturday.
    • I am not responsible for any lost packages. It is the customer’s due diligence to contact the carrier to file any complaints. 
  5. International Shipping
    • No shipping to the following countries: Germany, France, Bulgaria, Poland, Spain, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia. EU packaging laws are complex.  Due to the cost of registration and a small or no minimum threshold, I cannot feasibly afford to ship there.
    • Please note the supensions on USPS. If your country falls under the suspension, I cannot ship there
    • By clicking checkout (purchasing), you (the customer) accept and understand any fees generated due to customs must be paid by you (the customer). VAT for example.
  6. Pre-Orders
    • This shop operates primarily on pre-orders.
    • All products are a limited production run and are not expected to return unless there is a demand.
    • Manufacturing of items begins after the preorder period ends and the MOQ has been reached.
    • Failure to reach Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) will result in the product not being ordered and orders being refunded.
    • If your order contains any Pre-Order items, the order will not ship out until all items are received.
  7. Made to Order
    • A few items are made to order.
    • Check Item description for the production time.
  8. All items are made by the creator, original or fan-made.
  9. Prices are listed in $USD
  10. Final Product may vary from images. Small variations in color and sizing may occur.
